This collaboration designates Traxys as the exclusive entity responsible for managing all commercial sales, encompassing comprehensive logistics arrangements, for NCCA’s calcium carbide products in both domestic and international markets. This strategic alliance is meticulously designed to leverage Traxys’ extensive experience, profound market insight, and robust global network. As the Chief Operating Officer of Smelting Operations at NCCA, he brings a formidable track record of enhancing operational efficiency, driving strategic growth, and fostering cultures of safety and continuous improvement.
His career is marked by over 25 years in senior management roles within world-class organizations, demonstrating exceptional leadership in complex industrial environments, including Pyro-metallurgy, ferroalloys, stainless-steel making, pulp and paper, and brewery industries. A passionate advocate for sustainable development, Musa combines deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen, currently enriching his capabilities as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidate and a participant in the prestigious GIBS Global Executive Development Programme (GEDP). This transformative journey has equipped him with strategic depth, contextual intelligence, and resilient leadership capabilities, empowering him to navigate global complexities and drive competitive advantage for NCCA.

As the Chief Financial Officer at NCCA (Pty) Ltd, he is responsible for safeguarding the overall financial health, driving strategic fiscal direction, and ensuring robust governance within the organization.
His expansive career trajectory encompasses critical roles in external audit, financial reporting, internal audit, corporate strategy, procurement, and governance across a diverse array of sectors, including professional services, media, banking, public sector oversight, and now, heavy manufacturing.
